Terms of Service & Disclaimer

These terms apply to both "Creators" and "Participants" of the digital stamp trail system (the "Service") provided by codopra.com (the "Operator"). By using this service, which is provided as a simplified tool for free, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

1. Operational Disclaimer

• No Warranty: This service is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee system integrity, continuity, or suitability for any specific purpose.
• Data Loss/Service Interruption: The Operator assumes no responsibility for data loss caused by server failure, database issues, human error, or termination of the service.
• Third-Party Disputes: The Operator is not involved in and will not provide compensation for any accidents, complaints, or disputes arising between Creators, Participants, or participating facilities/shops.

2. Data Management & Security

• Privacy Protection: To ensure user privacy, this service does not collect personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses from creators or participants.
• No Modification Policy: To physically prevent unauthorized access or data tampering (hijacking), this service does not provide functions to edit settings once a rally is created.
• Re-creation Principle: If there is an error in the input content, a new stamp trail must be created from scratch.
• Automatic Purge: Any unused or incorrectly created data is automatically purged from the system after 30 days. This prevents unnecessary data from remaining on the internet indefinitely.

3. System Limitations & Fair Use

This system uses a simple mechanism based on browser Cookies. It cannot completely prevent "remote stamp collection" through direct URL manipulation or SNS link sharing. We do not recommend using this tool for events requiring strict fairness or high security. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from such activities.

4. Instructions for Participants

• Stamp data will not be saved in "Incognito" or "Private" browser modes.
• Clearing your browser history or Cookies will erase all collected stamps. Data cannot be transferred when changing devices.
• Performance may vary depending on the communication environment or device specifications.

5. Prohibited Activities

The creation of rallies containing offensive content, unauthorized use of copyrighted images, or defamatory statements is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to delete such data without prior notice.
